Payment Policy


Cancellation of a reservation at The Sen is subject to terms and conditions applicable at the time of processing the booking via any channel.

1. Nonpeak dates (01 Apr to 30 Sep)
   • Payment – 50% guarantee the booking. Full prepayment 15 days prior to arrival.
   • Cancellation – Within 3 days of arrival/ Early departure/ No show – 2 nights + tax.

2. Peak dates (04 Jan to 31 March and 01 Oct to 22 Dec)
   • 50% guarantee the booking. Full prepayment 15 days prior to arrival
   • Cancellation – Within 7 days of arrival/ Early departure/ No show – 2 nights + tax

3. Festive dates (22 Dec to 03 Jan)
   • Payment – Full prepayment 30 days prior to arrival.
   • Cancellation – Within 30 days of arrival/ Early departure/ No show – the deposit is non refundable

NOTES –

The Sen reservations are non-refundable, Safari’s once booked cannot be amended or cancelled and will attract 100% cancellation charge. 

BILL SETTLEMENTS / PAYMENTS

For cash payments of bills between INR 50,000 to an upper limit of INR 2 lakh, a PAN card must be furnished. Cash will not be accepted for payments above INR 2 lakh.

SMOKING POLICY

1. All rooms at The Sen are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only within designated areas of the Lodge.
2. Hookahs are not permitted in our property.
